A prong head holds the Heart-Shaped Lab-Grown Diamond above a band set with larger accents than usual for a pavé design. Shared prongs secure each accent along the band, giving a row of bigger sparkles in Rose Gold. The center still stands alone on top, lifted in its own prongs.
